SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

All orders shipping within the continental United States ship for free via Ground shipping. All our items are in stock (unless noted otherwise on the product page) and ship within 24 hours of order Monday- Friday. All orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Monday.

When can I expect to receive my order?

All free ground shipping within the continental United States will arrive between 5- 7 business days. If you select Premium shipping your order will arrive between 3-5 business days and 2 days shipping will arrive in 2 business days.

For all international orders, orders will arrive in a variable amount of time. All import duties or fees are the responsibility of the final client and not the responsibility of Nuywa Collective

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Please select international shipping upon check out.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes! Feel free to upgrade to 2 Day Premium Shipping upon check out to receive your item faster.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES  

What is your return policy?

Nuywa accepts returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

To receive a full refund items must be in new, unused and undamaged condition with tags and protective packaging included. Refunds will be processed once items have been received and verified to be in original condition.

How do I begin a return ?

Send us an email hello@nuywa.com for a return authorization. Upon authorization we will provide the shipping address information

A refund will be issued upon receipt of your new, unused and undamaged item via the original form of payment. Please be aware that the refund may take a few billing cycles to be seen on your credit card or bank depending on your banking institution.

How do I exchange an item?

Exchanges must be instigated within 14 days of delivery of the item. If you would like to exchange an item feel free to purchase the new item and follow our return process above to return your original item.

How do I exchange an item I received as a gift ?

Send us an email hello@nuywa.com and we will help to exchange your item for another item on the site. The item will be valued for what it is currently selling for on the site.

Does every pillow include an insert?

Yes, every pillow includes a free starter insert so your pillow is ready to use right when it arrives. Inserts will need to fluffed up and have the air added back into them upon arrival.

If you prefer for the pillow to have a different feel either fuller or less full all covers easily zipper on or off so you can change the insert to your desired feel.

How do I care for my Nuywa product?

All of Nuywa products are handmade and unique and should be cared for gently. To maximize the longevity of your item we recommend that you spot clean your items with soap and warm water. For a deeper clean some products can be dry cleaned. Please check the description page for the cleaning instructions for a particular item.
